palm print romper set

“All I got is summer time, running through my mind!” This song has definitely been on my mind lately and was totally playing in my head when I bought this two piece set, haha! Sadly, I am an “adult”  and I truly don’t have a summer! I mean I can pretend, right?? I guess a weekend get away to LA will have to fulfill my summer getaway craving. Do y’all have any summer plans?

If you are a Bay Area resident then you know this past weekend we had gorgeous summer weather! Sadly, that weather has come and gone. I forgot how varying the weather is here in Bay Area since for the past three years I lived in Chico. I have been seeing so much vacay style inspo on my Instagram feed that I had to add some into my own closet. I have been loving all the bright colored dresses, pom poms on everything, and the palm print trend! I was browsing tobi and found this beauty! What I liked about this palm print romper set is the fact that its a set and not a romper, but still gives the illusion of a romper. I can’t be the only one who knows the struggle of wearing a romper and dreading when nature calls, haha! Y’all know that I am tall so its a bit of a struggle finding a rompers, dresses and two piece sets fitting correctly. By that, I mean not being too short. I am happy to report that this two piece fits like a glove! The shorts are super high waisted which is always nice to have because it is more forgiving not only for the tummy area but for me personally for my long torso! The top is your typical crop top but since the shorts are super high waisted you don’t show skin. Now, you do have the option of pulling down the shorts a bit in order to make this set appear as a two piece set rather than a romper. If I do end up going to LA, you best believe I am bringing this set! #outfitrepeater

I had to step up the vacay vibes by pairing this palm print romper set with this cute pom pom clutch!! I already own pom pom sandals and I love how they definitely spice up an outfit. This clutch does the same thing! I definitely think you can pair this clutch with either a statement piece like this set or a simple outfit. This clutch is very well made and I can tell that those pom poms aren’t going anywhere! As for my accessories, I have been dying and I mean dying to get that famous gold choker/necklace from Bauble Bar that looks like the one I am wearing. But, luckily I found a “dupe” you could say because it’s still made by Bauble Bar but it’s for their Sugarfix line that you can get at Target! I have been loving that whole line, especially the fact that it’s at Target! You can always find this line on sale, make be sure to check out Cartwheel!

I am trying to get more on a personal level with you all so I wanted to do my first Q&A post! Feel free to leave me your questions in the comment section! -xoxo Ana
